Part 3: Summary for Best Value
To achieve the best value with the TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite* Card:
Redeem points for travel through Expedia For TD to get the highest value at 0.5 cents per point.
For other travel, use the "Book Any Way" option to redeem points against any travel purchase, starting at 0.4 cents per point for the first $ 1,200 and increasing to 0.5 cents per point thereafter.
Avoid using points for merchandise or gift cards as the value is significantly lower.
Consider the annual $ 100 travel credit when booking accommodations or vacation packages to offset the annual fee.
Use points for educational credits if you or someone you know is in post-secondary education for a fixed rate of 0.4 cents per point.
