It can only be redeemed for new bookings on WestJet, WestJet Encore and WestJet Link operated flights and advance seat selection fees (at the time of booking), including applicable taxes, fees and surcharges. Maximum one gift card or eGift can be used on a single purchase. Stored value on the card is not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

This eGift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without your consent. Redeem a WestJet eGift Card This WestJet eGift Card can only be used in Canada for new bookings. It can be used to book a flight with a travel agent, or it can be used to book a flight on westjet.com/en-ca/flights. To use it to book a vacation package, please visit westjet.com/en-ca/vacations. A maximum of ONE eGift Card or Gift Card can be used on a single purchase. Each time you use this eGift, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the remaining balance until it reaches zero, with any excess purchase price still payable using another method of payment at the time of purchase.

In-Person Redemption This eGift card can be redeemed in-person to book flights with a travel agent. Please print it out at home first, or display it on your smartphone, then show it to the travel agent when making your booking, ensuring that the card number and PIN code (if required) are clearly visible.

Online Redemption This eGift Card can be used online to make a new booking for a flight at westjet.com/en-ca/flights, or it can be used to make a new booking for a vacation package at westjet.com/en-ca/vacations. During online check-out, enter the card number and then enter the PIN code as the Access code, making sure there are no spaces in the card number or PIN code when you type them in. Then apply the card to your purchase.
