Check the Balance of a Rexall eGift Card You can check the balance of a Rexall eGift Card in-store at any Rexall location in Canada, or you can check it by calling 1-888-261-6610. Rexall store receipts will also show the remaining balance of a Rexall eGift Card after it has been used for an in-store purchase.

Redeem a Rexall eGift Card This Rexall eGift Card is redeemable in-store at participating Rexall locations in Canada, where it can be redeemed for merchandise. It cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards or prescriptions. Each time you use this eGift, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the remaining balance until it reaches zero, with any excess purchase price still payable using another method of payment at the time of purchase. When the transaction is complete, you will receive a receipt showing any remaining balance.

In-Store Redemption ONLY To redeem this eGift Card, print it out at home first, or display it on your smartphone, then show it to the cashier when paying for your purchases, ensuring that the card number and PIN code (if required) are clearly visible.
